Design-People's approach to concept development was fueled by in-depth insights gained from workshops, technical meetings, user interviews, and extensive design research. This multifaceted exploration seamlessly intertwined communication and window feature development, through the design phases; alignment, exploration, understanding, and ideation. The result was a holistic narrative that seamlessly connected product features with compelling benefit stories.
Design-People provided Velfac with a comprehensive design guide for the product development. This included sketch proposals and visual descriptions, emphasizing proportionality, muntins, and aesthetics. Recommendations were made regarding the active integration of fugeseal solutions into the sales process, exploring color usage and other aesthetic considerations. Tailored to four customer segments, compelling narratives were included in the design guide, aligning Velfac's products with customer values. Alongside with strategies to effectively communicate these benefit stories to customers, enhancing Velfac's marketing efforts.
